I checked in at this hotel perched up in the hills with an amazing view over the reservoir, and it was a picturesque setting. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but there was an issue with my reservation not showing up initially. However, once that was sorted out, everything went smoothly. The dining experience with a fantastic view was truly memorable, even though the options were limited. The location was perfect for a quiet getaway, but there was one grumpy woman in the restaurant that put a damper on the otherwise serene ambiance. Overall, a great stay with some minor hiccups.
